Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the United States and most countries worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, both in the U.S. and internationally.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at help@villow.store.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the one you have and place a new order after your return is approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. You can check out using your PayPal balance or a debit/credit card through PayPal — no account required.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it for you as quickly as possible.
